On May 12, 2016, Members of ABATE of the Garden State met with Congressman Frank Lo Biondo (Rep, NJ) in Washington DC during the Bikers Inside the Beltway (BITB) event.   As a result of Bikers Inside The Beltway Lobbying efforts, the Congressman co-sponsored H.R. 4715, known as “Recognizing the Protection of Motor Sports Act.”  The bill protects the rights of Americans to modify their vehicles for racing.
