At our state meeting on September 25, 2007 Steve Friedrich from Ocean City volunteered to head a Motorcycle Awareness committee. Steve with his can do attitude has already contacted and met with numerous state agencies to promote motorcycle awareness. I have been working with Steve to give him the contacts that the legislative committee has formed over the years. Steve and his committee with allow the legislative committee to spend more time on legislative issues. Thank you again Steve!

Also a big thank you must go out our membership trustee Biff Crossley. He and the membership committee has spent most of their weekends at major events setting up ABATE information table.

They could do more if they had more volunteers. Their efforts are working, our membership has drastically increased.

Remember ABATE is all Volunteer Organization. Our members spend lots of their spare time and money to promote ABATE.  We are trying to make New Jersey a better and safer place for all motorists!
